Utsab Ganguly: Visionary Leader in Infrastructure and Healthcare
Utsab Ganguly, a seasoned expert with a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, boasts over a decade of experience in infrastructure development, medical procurement, and hospital operations. Formerly heading procurement for a leading hospital group in East India, he managed over $215 million annually and played a pivotal role in establishing retail pharmacy chains and commissioning seven hospitals with a combined capacity of 1,000 beds.

As a serial entrepreneur, Utsab has diverse business interests spanning construction, printing, healthcare, and education. He is the Chairman of Infinity Devcon and an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, having managed a Rs. 150 Crores budget early in his career. His leadership has been instrumental in navigating Infinity Devcon through various challenges and achieving significant growth.

Renowned for his expertise in procurement efficiency, vendor management, and hospital operations, Utsab Ganguly drives Infinity Devcon’s success through strategic vision and unwavering dedication. His commitment to transparency and building client trust has cemented his reputation as a reliable and forward-thinking leader in the industry.

Syamal Mukherjee, The early independence era engineer with over 50 years of all-round experience in developing institutional, commercial, residential and industrial infrastructure has transformed himself from being a project executor to planning expert. Other than project execution, his core expertise is in the area of costing and budget planning and thus is among the very few of his calibre in Eastern India. He also has immense technical knowledge and working experience in plumbing, mechanical and electrical works and thus making his planning and cost management skills, indispensable for any project.

This Sexagenarian is termed as the old war horse of the company whose mild and assertive persona best fits in the role of liaising with architects, different project consultants and other contractors involved in a project. He often brings effective, efficient and differential thinking into project planning with ideas that could save client’s and company’s resources. He is presently heading the business development, project planning, cost management and liaison verticals of the company.

Soumya Kanti Majumder

Soumya Kanti Majumder, a B.E. in Electrical from North Bengal University, brings over 22 years of leadership experience with major construction companies like L&T, TATA Projects, VOLTAS Ltd., and Sterling Wilson. He has a diversified and rich background in execution, project management, electrical substations and switchyards, MEP, and the solar field, having served as Sr. Manager on several notable projects. His immediate past role was with Tata Projects Ltd. as Sr. Manager-MEP.
Soumya has been part of milestone projects such as the Delhi Airport extension, New Parliament building, TATA Cancer Hospital, and Axis Mall Kolkata. The largest project he handled was a ₹1250 crore endeavor at Delhi International Airport Limited. His dynamism and energy inspire our entire team, including contracted laborers, and he leads our projects and client relationships from the front, commanding our ground operations with exceptional skill.

Dibyendu Mandal is an Electrical Engineer with over 18 years of expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Fire Protection, FDA (Fire Detection and Alarm), MGPS (Medical Gas Pipeline System), and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems. He has managed major projects in hospitals and critical infrastructure, particularly in Eastern India with Sterling & Wilson Private Limited.

Dibyendu is skilled in BoQ preparation, material planning, costing, and project execution. He excels in electrical systems design, installation, maintenance, and integrating specialized systems into MEP projects. Known as ‘Mr. Commitment’ for his dedication to meeting project goals and timelines, Dibyendu also develops effective maintenance strategies.

He is driven to leverage his extensive experience to contribute to challenging projects and pursue continuous professional growth in engineering.

Santanu Das

Santanu Das is a graduate in Civil Engineering with 12 years of experience in planning, execution, billing, tendering, and procurement for diverse projects. He has previously worked with companies like Sterling & Wilson Ltd. and Simplex Infrastructure Ltd.
As our industrial infrastructure expert, Santanu has extensive experience in power plants, refineries, and pharmaceutical plants. He has risen from project execution and billing to project management and now spearheads our centralized project management unit, tracking the progress of all projects daily.
Known as our ‘MIS man,’ Santanu runs daily dashboards and alerts any deviations from the desired direction. He is well-versed in project documentation and reporting, ensuring that no delays escape his meticulous tracking.
