Medica Superspeciality Hospital

Location : Kolkata, West Bengal

Scope : Turnkey development of a 500-bed multi-super-specialty hospital with a total built-up area of -2.17 Lakh SFT in B+G+6 Floors

Challenge : The hospital was envisioned to be developed as the best in class healthcare infrastructure in Eastern India under severe budget and time constraints

Purchase Order

Value :People note the design and infrastructure of the hospital as a piece of art”. While the design credit goes to the architects, our workmanship was the best fit to the architect’s and client’s vision of the building. Besides completing the project on time, our engineering team’s input along with the architect’s ideas decreased the project cost by around INR 50 million.

Location : Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Scope : Turnkey development of a higher secondary school with a total built-up area of -0.76 Lakh SFT in G+3 floors

Challenge : The site was located in midst of a derise residential area and hence the construction had to be carried out without disturbing the local residents
Purchase Order
Value :The working shifts were adjusted, and necessary labour force was deployed accordingly. Also, the area around the construction were cleaned and sanitized off the construction rubbish regularly.

Sens Hotels Pvt. Ltd.

Location : Kolkata, West Bengal.
Scope : Structural, Civil, Interior and Plumbing works of a 3-Star hotel with 65 rooms on ~0.52 Lakh SFT built over 3B+G+6 floors.

Challenge : We had to construct the triple basement in a site with 0.6-meter water level and a canal flowing within 2 meters to the site.
Purchase Order
Value : In discussion with the project architects and structural engineer, we had used steel shoring to safe guard the excavation and the structure that was developed. Despite the challenges, the project was completed on time within the stipulated budget.

Location : Kalinganagar, Odisha

Scope : Turnkey development of a 200-bed multi specialty hospital with a total built-up area of -1.72 Lakh SFT in G+3 Floors.

Challenge : The site was located in a remote location in Odisha that had highly intense socio-political issues. Accessibility to labour and materials was limited. The soil was rocky.

Purchase Order

Value : We had multiple rounds of discussions with the local community and members from the community were engaged as the labour force, thus solving two issues with orie solution. We nad used specialized equipment in the sarne budget to erect the building on the rocky soil.

Future Oncology Hospital & Research Centre

Location : Kolkata, West Bengal

Scope : Tumkey development of a 250-bed oncology hospital with a total built-up area of ~1.73 Lakn SFT in 2B+G+4 Floors.

Challenge : The design incorporated twin basements with radiotherapy bunkers that were to be constructed at a nigh- water level and a canal flowing near the site. The site had high socio-political issues, that the clients had requested us to handle locally.

Purchase Order

Value : We used steel shoring to construct the basements, even during monsoon. We handled the entire socio-political issues by engaging with the local community. Our team interacted regularly with the project management consultants and kept a check of the fluctuations in labour strength during major socio- political events and the labour strength was adjusted accordingly to conduct the project as per schedule.
